  • Orders are typically processed within 1 – 5 business days after your payment is confirmed and all order details are verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible with available options (refund, exchange, or new delivery date).


2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 – 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (if available): Can be selected at checkout for faster delivery.

  • All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


3. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery Offers

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method.

  • Any free shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

  • There are no hidden fees — all delivery costs will be disclosed before purchase.


4. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work only with trusted UK carriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, UPS, or Yodel) to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.
You can use that tracking number to follow your parcel via the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or extra charges, which may be your responsibility.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. You may need to pay the re-shipment cost if you still wish to receive the order.

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon delivery (see Section 8).


6. International Shipping

At this time, Suez Mart ships within the United Kingdom only.
If international delivery becomes available in the future, we’ll update this policy accordingly.


7. Shipping Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather or postal strikes

  • High-volume seasons (e.g. Christmas or promotional sales)

If your delivery is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly and provide updated tracking information.
Please allow for a short grace period beyond the estimated delivery window before filing a claim.


8. Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items (change-of-mind returns).

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Suez Mart will cover the return shipping costs.
    Always follow the provided return instructions to ensure smooth processing.
